Rusty needs Love

Rusty is at the Shelter in Brunswick, Maine. He has not been treated very well in his past so is not a cuddly right now, does not like being picked up etc. He needs OUT of the shelter and to get some where calm where he can learn to trust and love. I am happy to drive to Brunswick to get him and bring him back for someone. They think he is about 5 years old. I may have to go get him to foster him anyway.

I still love it, believe it or not.... (part of my multiple personality Gemini thing :-) but I am one of those people who it was never the same for after Dale Earnhardt crashed at Daytona 10 years ago. 2001 was pretty horrible all the way around.... Hoping 10 years later is much better.

Ava

As cute as I think my human children could have been, I don't think I could have had cuter than this :-) Very satisfied and happy with having a canine daughter.

Saw the Gleason Gallery, Andrea Peters Show at Danforth today. Really, really beautiful. Dramatic and great bold colors. Andrea Peters was one of my early serious acquisitions when I started collecting art many years ago....

Surprise Pick Up This Morning

Ava's Grampa and Gam popped in this morning to pick us up for a ride with them along Ocean Drive, just down the street. The sun was struggling to break through - what an amazing scene. Good to remind ourselves how blessed we are to live in such a beautiful place -- luckily Ava likes to make the windows go down so able to get some cool shots.

Crazy Amount of Snow

Breakfast Guests...

Haven't seen the crew for a day and a half but first thing this morning, they were all here waiting patiently... Well, maybe not patiently, YumYum was practically knocking on the door. There are hoof prints on the front steps.

Long week....

But Ava is able to get some relaxing in... so sweet.

Today's Snow Removal

It's all about Ava. The snow on the deck, her playpen, was over her head. Supposedly, Murphy (Mom and Dad's cat) told Dad that Ava called and needed to be able to get outside. Ava figured that Murphy had more pull with Grampa than she did apparantly.
