I am actually trying to have a very serious conversation with Ava about why she has to leave the Mommy deer alone for a few minutes so that the Mommy deer can eat a lot of healthy greens so that she has good nutrition to feed her baby fawns so that we don't have to take care of them and she is hardly listening.... I am about to say, NO or STOP. I keep telling her to remember when she was a baby but she just cocks her head and barks louder..... I will say, the Mom looks so regal and very healthy and seems to be so far - so good on the mothering work.
