Sometimes the most amazing opportunities come along and everything lines up so that it is a win for both sides. That happened last week in Portland. Clients had an apartment available and were running into time limits on getting it rented. The inns are starting to fill up and I sold my Portland condo so will have no place to stay. Ava loves long walks so we need a nice, nice place where we can walk at night and early morning... and then voila.
