Well, another inn getting added to the portfolio. I have been leasing it and friend Beth has been running but situation presenting itself when I have to buy, well don't have to but....... Have some great ideas though. Redesigned it when we took over lease but since I'll own it on Friday, gotta take it a little further... :-)
